It is not necessary to always travel far. Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland offer interesting destinations. The whole of Europe is full of fascinating history and places worth seeing. Despite all the pulsating life, however, there are plenty of places to relax. Whether it’s the farm, an Italian guesthouse or a wellness hotel. Relaxation always starts with exercise in nature, of course.

For me as a holistic health counsellor, the alternation of movement and time out is important. Mental relaxation begins with long walks through nature. In the evening, you have earned a pleasant wellness programme with a very good dinner.
